The Data Controller (the entity that processes your personal data) is Paweł Kałczak, running a business under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Paweł Kałczak with its registered office in Łódź at the following address: ul. Żeligowskiego 43D lok. 33, 90-644 Łódź, NIP (Tax ID number): 8281401828 (Data Controller).

Personal data that is processed is your name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number. This is the data provided in the contact form. The Data Controller receives this data directly from the Clients. In case of using the services of the Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Paweł Kałczak, this is also other personal data necessary for the proper conduct of the case.
