The Data Controller (the entity that processes your personal data) is Paweł Kałczak, running a business under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Paweł Kałczak with its registered office in Łódź at the following address: ul. Personal data that is processed is your name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number. This is the data provided in the contact form. The Data Controller receives this data directly from the Clients. In case of using the services of the Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Paweł Kałczak, this is also other personal data necessary for the proper conduct of the case.

Personal data provided to the Data Controller is processed for the purpose of its proper use during the preparation of summons, pleadings, in order to keep documentation of your case and these data are also used to answer questions asked via the contact form.
